Ca N’Alexandre is a charming and cozy boutique hotel that, true to its roots, exudes warmth and love for the finer details. With a privileged location in the heart of the old town of Palma de Mallorca, this project is a house dating back to 1932 which has been restored into a charming hotel with a modern design where natural elements are of prime importance.

Regarding the flooring, a neutral yet beautiful design was selected with the Nassau-R Gris porcelain in the 80x80 cm and 120x120 cm formats, as well as its non-slip version for the outdoor areas. The Kerala Gris, Berkane Multicolor and Nassau Gris porcelain tiles (all in 20x20 cm format) give a more decorative touch and adorn different common areas of the establishment, adding a certain charm to the composition. The neutral and calm base combines perfectly with the different fabrics, textures and natural materials chosen in the decoration, enhancing the calm feeling prevailing throughout the project.

The renovation process was carried out by the hotel owners, who, with a very clear objective, have managed to convey the island's Mediterranean spirit to perfection.
