Vives at Miriam Alía’s space in Casa Decor 2017

Casa Decor, the largest exhibition for professionals and decoration lovers in Spain, opens its doors again. More than 2,800 square meters divided into four floors offers more than 68 spaces where Spanish interior designers, architects and decorators show their proposals.

One of them is Miriam Alía interior designer, who has created an elegant and dreamy living room for the Westwing brand which is located on the second floor of the building. The pastel colours together with white are widespread throughout the room transmitting luminosity and freshness. The mixture of textures and techniques also coexist in harmony creating a space full of life.

The interior designer has used the Necci Blanco Mosaic 30x30 cm produced by Vives Ceramica and inspired by the technique of ceramic trencadís to cover the floor of the room with a unique appearance. Its marble aesthetics and its intricate pieces contribute to giving luminosity to the room.

This year the exhibition takes place in the Jeronimos neighborhood, one of the most luxurious areas of the capital, in a singular building built at the beginning of the 20th century and located on Antonio Maura street. The event, which celebrates its 25th anniversary, will remain open to the public until June 18.
