VIVES launches the new collection Les Ponts de la Seine
The new ceramic launch by VIVES, Les Ponts de la Seine collection, includes a wide range of formats, finishes and shades to adapt to all types of projects whether private homes or public spaces.
Following the most innovative production techniques, the Seine model is made of coloured porcelain with a careful technical process. This condition, together with the numerous quality controls to which each one is subjected to, allows this porcelain stoneware to meet the most demanding quality standards of QB UPEC. Its irregular design of soft veining and rich nuances gives an impression of cement in its most attractive version. Made in five neutral colours: Blanco, Crema, Gris, Cemento and Basalto, the Seine design is available in a wide range of rectified formats (80x180 cm, 120x120 cm, 60x120 cm, 44,3x89,3 cm, 80x80 cm, 59,3x59,3 cm, 29,3x59,3 cm, 10x59,3 cm and 29,3x29,3 cm). It is also available in non-rectified formats of 60x60 cm and 30x60 cm. In addition, the series offers two formats in anti-slip finish: 120x120 cm and 59.3x59.3 cm; three different mosaics in 30x30 cm, and a decorated tile in 60x120 cm.
The series also includes an extensive selection of designs in 15x15 cm and 20x20 cm with a rectified design to complement which were inspired by traditional ceramics with a contemporary twist. In 15x15 cm dimensions the launch extends to more than fourteen encaustic tiles designed to combine with each other in innumerable ways. Within the 20x20 cm format, the Seine series launches a wide variety of designs inspired by one of the most representative ceramic techniques of the seventeenth century which composes of complex geometric mosaic compositions. Thirteen different designs that, like a puzzle, bring a unique and iconic personality to the design. As if that were not enough, there are 5 hexagonal sets made of porcelain stoneware and in 23x26.6 cm format join the extensive offer of the series.
For the wall, the Yonne and Oise series harmoniously accompany the Seine's ceramic range. Yonne wall tile is made in rectified 45x120 cm format and is available in three neutral shades (White, Sand and Pearl). Its base inspired by the subtle sobriety of cement fills the surfaces with a great graphic richness, while the Eure-R wall tile design adds volume to the walls. For its part, Oise is made in rectified 32x99 cm format in the same colour range of neutral shades (White, Sand and Pearl) and is accompanied by the Marne-R relief which boasts a visibly decorative character.
With this collection launched at Cersaie 2019, more than a hundred new references are added to the floor and wall tiles catalogue of VIVES, to meet all the needs of an increasingly demanding market.
