Can Joan de s’Aigo
Palma de Mallorca, Spain
Can Joan de s'Aigo is a renowned chocolate and ice cream shop in Palma de Mallorca that opens its doors in a new iconic establishment on the island giving a renewed and warm image to the trade.
The interior renovation, designed and carried out by the Mallorcan designer Maria Antònia Alemany, is done with great care while respecting the original construction dating back to 1900. Proof of this are certain elements such as the traditional vaulted ceiling, the walls that show off the original stone, and the classic furniture, which give a cozy atmosphere to the space. On the floor, the Portofino Grafito porcelain tiles in 60x60 cm. produced by VIVES and inspired by the timeless beauty of terrazzo, complete the scene with great success. Finally, touches of white and red predominate in the decoration and give the project a hint of colour. A special place designed to captivate its customers.
